Delete Your Data
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data directly within the VoxDub App.
Steps
- Open VoxDub.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
What Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently delete:
- Your account information
- Voice cloning models
- Uploaded audio
- Uploaded video
- AI transcripts
- AI subtitles
- AI dubbing projects
- Saved preferences
- Cloud files
What May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, including:
- Purchase records
- Transaction logs
- Fraud prevention records
These records are generally retained for no longer than required by applicable laws.
Processing Time
- Most user data is deleted immediately.
- Some backup data may remain for up to 30 days before being permanently erased.
