1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VoxDub ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement. Users under 18 should use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Services

VoxDub provides AI-powered creative tools, including but not limited to:

• AI video dubbing and multilingual voiceover
• Speech-to-text transcription
• Transcript translation
• Subtitle generation and editing
• Voice cloning from authorized voice samples
• Text-to-speech and AI voice synthesis
• Audio enhancement and stem separation
• AI summaries, speaker detection and content analysis

3. Accounts

Some features may identify your device instead of requiring a traditional account. You are responsible for protecting your device and any credentials associated with the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid features are available through subscription or one-time purchases.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
• Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Refunds are governed by the applicable app store policies.
• Pricing may change for future billing periods.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant VoxDub a limited license to process, store and transmit your content solely for providing the requested services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights, licenses and permissions to upload, dub, translate, transcribe or otherwise process your content.

6. Voice Cloning

• You may clone only your own voice or voices for which you have explicit authorization.
• You are responsible for obtaining all required permissions before uploading voice samples.
• You must not use cloned voices for impersonation, fraud, deception, harassment or unlawful purposes.
• We may suspend or terminate access for unauthorized voice cloning or abuse.

7. AI Generated Content

AI-generated transcripts, subtitles, translations, voices and dubbed videos may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and deciding whether generated content is suitable for your intended use.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VoxDub to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Infringe copyrights or intellectual property.
• Create misleading deepfakes or impersonate others.
• Spread fraud, malware, scams or misinformation.
• Generate abusive, defamatory or illegal content.

9. Intellectual Property

The VoxDub application, software, models, interface and branding are owned by VoxDub or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, resell or redistribute the Service.

10. Third-Party AI Services

Certain features may rely on trusted third-party AI providers to process audio, video or text. Your submitted content may be processed only for providing the requested feature.

11. Storage

• Free users: cloud content may be retained for a limited period.
• Subscribers: content is retained while your subscription remains active, subject to storage policies.
• You may delete your content or request account deletion through the App where available.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxDub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which VoxDub operates, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
