• Audio, video, images, subtitles, transcripts and text you upload or create.
• Voice samples submitted for voice cloning.
• Usage information, crash logs and performance analytics.
• Subscription status and purchase confirmations from Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide AI dubbing, transcription, translation, subtitle generation, voice cloning and text-to-speech.
• Maintain your projects, preferences, voice library and subscriptions.
• Improve service quality, reliability and security.
• Detect fraud, abuse and policy violations.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to support requests.

3. Voice Data

Voice recordings are processed solely to provide requested features. You should upload only voices that belong to you or that you are authorized to use.

• Voice samples are stored using appropriate security measures.
• We do not sell your voice data.
• You may delete your voice assets within the App where available.

4. AI Processing

Some AI features may be provided through trusted third-party AI providers. Audio, video or text submitted for processing may be securely transmitted to these providers solely to perform the requested service.

5. Storage & Security

• Industry-standard security measures are used to protect your information.
• Free cloud content may be retained for a limited period.
• Subscriber content is retained while your subscription remains active, subject to our storage policies.
• No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with:

• Trusted infrastructure and AI service providers.
• Analytics and crash reporting providers.
• Authorities when legally required.
• Successors in a merger, acquisition or asset transfer.

7. Your Rights

• Access, correct or delete your personal information.
• Request data portability where applicable.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Object to certain processing where permitted by law.

You may permanently delete your account and associated personal data directly within the App by navigating to Settings → Delete Account. Additional information is available on our Data Deletion page.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Appropriate safeguards are implemented where required by law.

9. Children's Privacy

VoxDub is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
