1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use VoxDub, we may collect the following information:

• Device and technical information: device identifier, operating system, app version, language, device information, diagnostics, crash logs and performance information.
• Media and content: audio files, video files, images, subtitles, transcripts, text scripts and other content that you upload, record, create or submit through the App.
• Voice data: voice recordings and voice samples that you voluntarily submit for voice cloning or other voice-related features.
• Usage information: information about how you use the App, including features used, project information and technical events.
• Purchase and subscription information: subscription status, product identifiers and purchase confirmations provided by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

2. How We Collect and Use Information

We collect information when you create or use projects, upload or record audio or video, enter text, create or use AI voices, use AI processing features, make purchases, contact support, or otherwise interact with the App.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide AI video dubbing, transcription, translation, subtitle generation, voice cloning and text-to-speech services.
• Process and generate the content and results requested by you.
• Maintain your projects, preferences, voice assets and subscription status.
• Maintain, secure and operate the App and our services.
• Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents and policy violations.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Voice Data

Voice recordings and voice samples are processed when you use features that require voice processing, such as voice cloning or text-to-speech.

• You should submit only your own voice or a voice that you have permission to use.
• We do not sell your voice data.
• Voice samples may be sent to our third-party AI processing providers when required to provide the voice features you request.
• You may delete your voice assets within the App where the applicable deletion feature is available.

4. Third-Party AI Processing

Some VoxDub features require us to send certain content to third-party AI service providers. We only send the information necessary to provide the AI feature you request.

Before your content is sent to a third-party AI provider, VoxDub asks for your consent through the AI Processing & Data Consent notice in the App.

• Cartesia: Voice samples and text may be sent to Cartesia for voice cloning and text-to-speech (TTS) processing.
• Qwen ASR: Audio extracted from uploaded or recorded media may be sent to Qwen ASR for automatic speech recognition and audio-to-text transcription.
• OpenAI: Text scripts, transcripts and other text submitted for applicable features may be sent to OpenAI for translation and text processing.

Depending on the feature you use, the content sent to a provider may include uploaded audio or video files, extracted audio tracks, recorded voice samples, transcripts and text scripts.

These third-party providers process information on our behalf to provide the requested services. We require applicable service providers to maintain confidentiality, implement appropriate security measures, and provide privacy and data protection safeguards consistent with applicable legal requirements and the protections described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your uploaded media, voice data or text content.

We do not authorize our third-party AI processing providers to use your submitted media or voice samples to train public AI models, except where such use is required or permitted by applicable law and expressly disclosed to you.

5. Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Uploaded media, voice assets, transcripts and generated content may be stored to provide project and account functionality. The applicable retention period may depend on your account, subscription, project settings and the type of content.

You may delete your account and associated content through the deletion functionality provided in the App. Some information may be retained for a limited period in backups or where required for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes.

No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with the following categories of recipients when necessary to operate the Service or provide features you request:

• AI processing providers: Cartesia, Qwen ASR and OpenAI, as described in Section 4.
• Infrastructure and hosting providers: providers that store, transmit or process information on our behalf.
• Analytics and crash reporting providers: providers that help us understand crashes, performance and service reliability.
• Payment and app store providers: Apple App Store and Google Play for processing and confirming purchases and subscriptions.
• Legal authorities: when disclosure is required by applicable law, legal process or a valid governmental request.
• Business successors: in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of assets, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

• Access personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information.
• Request data portability where applicable.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Object to or restrict certain processing where permitted by law.

You may permanently delete your account and associated personal data directly within the App by navigating to Settings → Delete Account.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than the country in which you live. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

9. Children's Privacy

VoxDub is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide additional notice through the App or other appropriate means.
